I bring an owner's perspective to business sales and acquisitions. I have built and sold multiple businesses, acquired and grown others, and I represent owners from valuation and preparation through buyer qualification, negotiation, and closing.

My background spans technology services and information security, including years operating a managed services provider. That operator's view shapes the diligence questions I anticipate for the technology and professional services owners I work with.

I am a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (Lic. SL3658759) and conduct business brokerage transactions through eXp Commercial, LLC. I work with clients in English, Português, Español, and Schweizerdeutsch.
