Pedro brings an owner's perspective to business sales and acquisitions. He built and sold multiple businesses, acquired and grew others, and represents owners from valuation and preparation through buyer qualification, negotiation, and closing.

His background spans technology services and information security, including years operating a managed services provider. That operator's view shapes the diligence questions we anticipate for the technology and professional services owners we work with.

Pedro is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (Lic. SL3658759) and conducts business brokerage transactions through eXp Commercial, LLC. He works with clients in English, Português, Español, and Schweizerdeutsch.
